[Remote] Operations and Enablement Project Manager

They are seeking an Operations and Enablement Project Manager to support the design and execution of programs that drive measurable enablement reputed company across the business, while building the infrastructure needed for effective scaling and ROI demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Support enablement strategic planning, roadmap management, and OKR tracking across quarterly and annual planning cycles
• Build and maintain central dashboards that measure enablement program reputed company – including project intake, content utilization, reputed company, and pipeline velocity
• Analyze program performance data and surface actionable insights and recommendations to the StratOps reputed company and enablement leadership
• Design, document, and continuously optimize operational processes and workflows that reputed company reputed company to reputed company globally without sacrificing reputed company
• Manage cross-functional governance rhythms and project coordination with Program Ops, RevOps and Sales teams
• Coordinate intake and prioritization of enablement requests across business reputed company, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability
• Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation frameworks that standardize how enablement work gets done
• reputed company and communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders across the organization

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or reputed company & operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional reputed company from initiation to completion
• Analytical skills: reputed company to build dashboards, synthesize data from multiple sources, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Familiarity with enablement and sales metrics (e.g., reputed company time, quota attainment, content utilization, pipeline velocity)
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude strongly preferred)
