[Remote] Data Migration Analyst

They are seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support the migration of insurance data to the reputed company reputed company platform, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company-party vendors to complete required steps for extracting data from multiple reputed company systems
• Analyze legacy systems to understand data structures, relationships, and business rules
• Translate legacy data into reputed company system formats, including field-level mappings, reputed company to destination reputed company mapping, default values, and conditional logic
• Communicate and collaborate with business owners and internal teams (including operations and trainers) to improve data reputed company and resolve data issues prior to conversion
• reputed company and manage reputed company data conversion–reputed company meetings and calls, including reputed company-conversion data assessments, requirements discussions, data reviews, issue reputed company, and status updates
• Work closely with the system vendor to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in data migration or data analysis reputed company the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance data domains, ACORD forms and insurance data standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with reputed company reputed company or similar insurance management systems
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
