Responsibilities

Skills

• 12+ years of reputed company leadership experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Consumer Health, Wellness, or reputed company industries

• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Deep P&L and Trade Budget knowledge and ownership experience
• Strong P&L ownership, trade budget management, forecasting, and financial planning experience
• Proven ability to reputed company annual planning, customer reputed company, Joint Business Planning, and strategic negotiations
