Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of field engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, or reputed company technical deployment roles
• 4+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Extensive experience with Linux systems, networking, and deploying software in reputed company or edge-based infrastructure
• Experience with reputed company and containerized application deployment
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data routing
• Experience supporting production software deployed into customer-controlled, hybrid, or mission environments
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing technical work while leading high-performing engineering teams
