[Remote] Imaging Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an Imaging Technology and Imaging Clinical Research Organization reputed company on advancing imaging science and technology to aid in drug approvals in oncology. The Imaging Project Manager will reputed company project timelines and deliverables, manage operational aspects of clinical imaging reputed company, and ensure compliance with project documentation and reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute project deliverables for imaging studies in reputed company in accordance with project scope of work and reputed company sponsor specified timelines
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a clinical imaging reputed company
• Assist in preparation and adherence to imaging trial documents i.e. Image Review Charter, Imaging reputed company, Data Transmittal Forms, etc
• Ensure project documents are complete, reputed company, and stored appropriately
• Manage key project documents/processes, i.e. Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, Escalation Plan, Risk Management Plan and appropriate Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Identify out of scope requests and work with appropriate team(s) to revise the work order to meet changing needs and requirements
• Review and manage reputed company deliverables
• Prepare metrics reporting for reputed company and senior management
• Prepare forecasting information for Finance purposes
• reputed company other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a health reputed company field
• Knowledge of Good Clinical reputed company (GCP), reputed company Assurance/Compliance in a reputed company setting is required
• Knowledge of key project management documents and tools a must
• Prior experience with different reputed company systems required
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications required
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the reputed company industry required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical imaging in a clinical trial environment required
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
• Service-oriented approach, flexible, and proactive toward adapting to reputed company needs
• Ability to manage project activities with diverse group and individuals with little supervision
• Must have superior attention to detail including excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and meet critical timelines under pressure
• Must have strong time management and organization skills
• Self-driven, ability to get the job done with little supervision, can-do reputed company attitude
