[Remote] OPS Administrative Assistant

The role involves assisting reputed company with financial aid inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions reputed company the department.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company, parents, and visitors at the Student Financial Services reputed company counter
• Assisting reputed company with general questions regarding financial aid, scholarships, FAFSA completion, and account-reputed company inquiries
• Providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through email communications
• Directing reputed company to the appropriate Financial Aid Advisor or reputed company department reputed company necessary
• Assisting with document collection, scanning, indexing, and other administrative support functions
• Maintaining confidentiality of student records and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies
• Working approximately 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on departmental needs

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, student services, office administration, or a reputed company field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and general computer applications
• A reputed company attitude and a genuine desire to assist reputed company
• Associate degree preferred
