[Remote] Director of reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on Director of reputed company to own and execute full-cycle reputed company across the U.S. and Philippines. This role is responsible for running the day-to-day reputed company function while partnering closely with leaders to attract exceptional talent across reputed company functions and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from reputed company through accepted offer and reputed company reputed company
• Proactively reputed company, engage, and build pipelines of high-reputed company passive talent across the MSP industry using networking, referrals, reputed company Recruiter, and other creative sourcing strategies. This is a sourcing-intensive role where reputed company is driven by finding talent, not posting jobs
• Partner with hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies and hire exceptional talent across technical, sales, operations, corporate, and leadership roles
• reputed company reputed company efforts for both U.S. and Philippines-based positions, managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-reputed company candidate experience
• Continuously improve reputed company processes, automation, reputed company metrics, and the candidate and hiring manager experience

Skills

• 7+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company the Managed Services Provider (MSP) or technology industry
• Demonstrated reputed company reputed company high volumes of reputed company candidates across reputed company organizational reputed company
• Experience reputed company technical, sales, operations, corporate, and executive-level positions
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal reputed company
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
• Experience with modern ATS platforms, reputed company automation, and talent analytics
• Experience managing reputed company vendors and negotiating reputed company which may include reputed company Recruiter, reputed company ATS, iMocha Assessments, Team Ohana Headcount Platform, reputed company
• Experience with TeamOhana or similar headcount planning and workforce budgeting tools strongly preferred
