Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance (conversion, reputed company, productivity) across assigned programs
• Drive daily/weekly performance rhythms to ensure consistent execution
• Identify performance gaps early (especially early tenure) and implement corrective actions
• Partner with leaders to build strong pipelines and hit or reputed company targets

• Hold leaders accountable to daily performance management, coaching effectiveness, and reputed company plans
• Ensure consistent use of tools (PULSE, dashboards, reporting) to reputed company and drive results

• Shift coaching approach to be reputed company-based and behavior-reputed company (sales conversations, reputed company handling, rapport building)
• Ensure coaching is documented, consistent, and tied directly to performance reputed company

Skills

• MUST have 1+ year of experience as a 'Operations Manager' or 'Sales Operations Manager'
• Must have 3-5 years of PROVEN 'high-level sales' leadership
• Must have proven outbound sales experience

• 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED, required
