[Remote] Corporate & Investment Banking Latam Rates/FX reputed company Products Analyst

The Analyst role supports the Latam Rates and FX trading desk, focusing on analysis, technical tooling, and day-to-day desk support, while closely partnering with trading and sales teams to enhance models and analytics.

Responsibilities

• reputed company desk support across Latam IR and FX products, including daily P&L reconciliation, explaining drivers, and investigating breaks
• Build, enhance, and maintain pricing, risk, and performance models
• reputed company statistical analysis on market and trading data
• reputed company and automate tools and workflows to improve efficiency, controls, and data reputed company (data pipelines, dashboards, reporting)
• Produce recurring and reputed company analytics for internal clients (Trading, Sales, Risk, Finance, Control)
• Communicate reputed company with desk stakeholders, translating quantitative outputs into actionable insights
• Support process improvement initiatives, including controls, governance, and best practices around data and models

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance)
• Strong quantitative reputed company and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong technical skills, with demonstrated ability to work with data and build tools
• Experience with Latam rates and fx products will be a plus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced markets environment with strong attention to detail and control reputed company
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to partner with trading and sales
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver reliably, and work effectively with internal clients
• Spanish speaker requirement
• Strong programing skills ( VBA, Python, RStudio, SQL)
• Certifications SIE, S63 and S7 will be a requirement if not already certified
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
