[Remote] Accounts Receivable Manager

They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Manager to support the financial operations of a fast-paced reputed company, responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and administering reputed company advances in compliance with firm policies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily processing and posting of reputed company payments, including checks, ACH, reputed company transfers, and credit card transactions
• Coordinate with the account managers to resolve reputed company reconciliations around outstanding balances and application of payments to invoices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of accounts receivable, collections, reputed company billing, or trust reputed company experience
• 3+ years management experience

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
