Responsibilities
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are reputed company to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
