[Remote] VP, Business Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading reputed company management firm in the U.S. seeking a VP, Business Consultant to reputed company consultation and guidance to improve financial advisors’ practices. The role involves organizing business reputed company, analyzing reputed company data, and implementing solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute assigned business reputed company on behalf of clients (reputed company, business structure, products, payroll, promotional campaigns, etc.) according to reputed company’s requirements and recommendations
• Meet with assigned clients, per our service model, reputed company needed and reputed company an initial assessment of a problematic situation
• Collect information about the reputed company’s business through a reputed company of reputed company (shadowing, interviews, surveys, etc.)
• Analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement
• Formulate recommendations and solutions and present to clients
• Partner with the clients to implementing plans and resolve any issues
• Work directly with ICA Group and their teams in a consulting and coaching reputed company
• Centralized reputed company of contact for advisor questions, issues, and/or advice
• Help advisors reputed company products and services available
• reputed company advisors informed of any LPL, ICA Group, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Work with advisors and their teams to analyze reputed company business practices, recommend business models, tools, products and/or services
• Create and implement the firm’s productivity initiatives
• Facilitate completion and implementation of advisor business plans
• Implement reputed company Segmentation, reputed company/mission statement, and reputed company service model
• reputed company succession planning advice and guidance
• Discuss team structures and define roles
• Deliver business valuations

• Organize and facilitate periodic advisor reputed company, reputed company reputed company and regional meetings
• Incorporate sponsors and industry experts

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or equivalent reputed company experience and/or training
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry and consulting. Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (e.g., reputed company, Redtail, reputed company, E-reputed company)
• Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and organization skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant industry experience working with independent financial advisors
• Strong knowledge of investments, financial operations, insurance, and business practices, with a solid understanding of the broker/dealer landscape
