This senior leadership role is crucial for driving the reputed company learning agenda, overseeing key initiatives, and aligning stakeholder needs with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of L&TD to help prioritize strategic work, advance reputed company learning initiatives, and represent the function in senior forums
• Collaborate on the development and execution of strategic people priorities across the organization
• reputed company high-visibility, strategically-reputed company reputed company-wide learning initiatives from design through implementation
• Coordinate across L&TD teams, business partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, reputed company, and measurable reputed company
• Shape the reputed company of the learning technology ecosystem by partnering with HRDT, and vendors to reputed company learning platforms, improve the learner experience, and ensure integration with reputed company reputed company

• Serve as a change leader to ensure learning supports adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change

Skills

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 12 years experience
• 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management, with proven ability to reputed company strategic learning initiatives
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project leadership skills and reputed company leadership skills
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and content development
• Advanced writing and facilitation skills to support the development and delivery of transferrable reputed company programs
• Advanced PowerPoint/visual storytelling skills; comfortable building executive-reputed company decks
• Experience building and managing operational processes such as budgeting, planning, or vendor management
• Ability to balance reputed company and execution, with a 'roll up your sleeves' reputed company
