Responsibilities

• Manage resources, performance, and development for a growing national substation group
• Review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for technical reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering
• reputed company PE license
• 15+ years of experience in physical substation design
• 4+ years in leadership
• Deep understanding of high-voltage substation design, general arrangements, grounding plans, and bus configurations
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company industry standards
• A passion for mentorship, innovation, and reputed company leadership
• Confident communicator, mentor, and team builder with excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping engineers grow in both technical depth and systems thinking
• PMP certification is a plus
