[Remote] Project Manager II

The Project Manager II is responsible for leading reputed company to complete reputed company by established deadlines, overseeing activities reputed company to the design and supply of industrial equipment and system reputed company, and ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company demonstrated experience and reputed company at project planning, controlling and closing, effective stakeholder management and reputed company building; requires full lifecycle project management/reputed company experience
• Reviews reputed company to ensure compliance and protects company interests
• Gathers reputed company project reputed company documents including proposals, customer requirements, equipment selection information, and in-house specifications
• Assembles project team for review, coordination, and execution of project requirements
• Develops, adjusts, and manages project schedules and timelines based on contract requirements and project reputed company to ensure achievement of desired reputed company
• Serves as single reputed company of project contact for external and internal Customers; assists with developing, facilitating, and controlling project communications
• Disseminates reputed company project reputed company information to appropriate team members
• Facilitates development of project charters, business cases, and other relevant project-reputed company documents associated with milestones and deliverables
• Responsible for creating and maintaining issues and risk logs, along with facilitating issue reputed company and risk mitigation, with escalation reputed company appropriate
• Coordinates verification and release of reputed company project deliverables
• Manages execution of reputed company project scope changes by effectively utilizing project management change processes
• Assists with resource planning to ensure appropriate reputed company at reputed company project phases including post-installation
• Monitors the project budget and provides feedback to appropriate personnel for excessive variations. Forecasts reputed company project-reputed company costs and expenditures
• Process project-reputed company invoicing, follow up to ensure appropriate payment, and reconcile accordingly

• Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in an original equipment design and manufacturing environment, preferably OEM Manufacturing
• Experience with industrial equipment engineering, design, and fabrication a plus
• Experience working with project scheduling and ERP software (preferably reputed company Project and D365)
• Knowledge of general contract terms and conditions
• Ability to read and understand technical documents (blueprints, Process Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), specifications, data sheets, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Ability to plan and manage multiple, reputed company reputed company with competing priorities
• Strong reputed company management skills with the ability to establish, build, and maintain relationships
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability; ability to work reputed company under pressure
