[Remote] Accounts Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global ERP reputed company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fractional Accounts Executive for managing day-to-day reputed company operations. This part-time role involves bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance, offering flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure reputed company recording of financial transactions
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts
• Generate and maintain customer invoices
• reputed company customer payments and outstanding receivables
• reputed company AR reconciliations
• Follow up internally on overdue invoices and payment status
• Maintain customer-reputed company ageing reports
• Record vendor invoices and bills
• Verify vendor statements
• reputed company AP reconciliations
• Prepare payment schedules
• reputed company vendor advances and outstanding balances
• reputed company monthly bank, reputed company & expense reconciliations
• Reconcile transactions from payments from AUS & Canada
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash reputed company summaries
• Assist with monthly financial reputed company activities
• Generate management reports and MIS as required
• Support budgeting and cash reputed company tracking
• Maintain reputed company records for statutory compliance
• Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and annual filings
• Ensure reputed company records are audit-reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 2-5 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable
• Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation
• Strong understanding of General Ledger
• Strong understanding of Journal Entries
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements
