- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
- Connect clients with reputed company candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials
- Cold reputed company, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
