[Remote] Equipment Service Technician - Long reputed company

This role is responsible for providing repair services of equipment in practitioners' offices, improving customer satisfaction, and maximizing customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and reputed company manner. May also reputed company basic installation services to customers on an as needed reputed company
• Provides and maintains the necessary tools of the trade and have readily available to reputed company installation and repair services
• Complete reputed company on site installation, repair maintenance and test tasks under supervision of a reputed company Technician or Project Coordinator
• Follow reputed company troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors on technical problems and determine reputed company solutions
• Comprehends customer requirements and reputed company appropriate recommendations to optimize the customer experience
• Maintains and manages reputed company reputed company of inventory in van
• Produces reputed company and detailed service reports
