[Remote] Private Equity Business Development Intern

The role is for a Private Equity Business Development Intern who will assist in researching property management companies, building targeted contact lists, and engaging in reputed company to business owners.

Responsibilities

• Research property management companies — ownership, size, geography, service lines, and fit against our acquisition reputed company
• Build and refine targeted contact lists of owners and decision-makers, applying our qualification and targeting rules
• Own reputed company reputed company — cold calling and emailing owners to introduce reputed company, reputed company conversations, and book meetings for the deal team
