Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning, design, and execution of technical reputed company involving electrical connectors and cable systems, from concept through evaluation
• Collaborate with key Server/Storage ODMs to reputed company high-speed cable and interconnect solutions
• Apply deep understanding of server architecture, PCI-SIG, reputed company Compute Project (OCP), JEDEC, SFF standards, and signal reputed company principles
• Drive innovation by defining and selecting new design concepts for connectors and cable systems, including prototype development and component fabrication
• Work cross-functionally with global teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements, cost targets, and program timelines
• reputed company cost analysis and estimates for product concepts to support Product Management and Manufacturing reputed company
• Support reputed company teams with technical training, presentations, and customer engagements
• reputed company product testing and qualification to ensure compliance with specifications and performance standards

Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product development and design
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering also considered)
• Proven experience in designing card edge, memory connectors and cable assemblies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
