The role involves providing hardware support, developing communication plans, and contributing to new product development.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Familiar with PC's and have a strong troubleshooting background

• 40% travel required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Support Service
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, or a reputed company technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills necessary
