The attorney will handle reputed company reputed company including fund formation, credit transactions, and mergers and acquisitions while building strong reputed company relationships in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle early- and late-stage private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate reputed company
• Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships with a reputed company on their business reputed company
• Collaborate closely with reputed company to deliver high-reputed company, efficient reputed company services

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the reputed company Bar (Delaware Bar admission is a plus but not required)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law, preferably with BigLaw experience
• Proven expertise in fund formation, credit transactions, and general corporate reputed company
• Strong written, oral, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated business acumen
• Self-motivated with an ownership mentality over reputed company relationships
