[Remote] Clinical Scientist / Rater Trainer - CNS

They are seeking a Clinical Scientist/Rater Trainer to support the Assessments Department by developing training materials and ensuring consistent administration of clinical outcome assessments across various sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer CNS rating scales across indications such as: Alzheimer's, major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, reputed company Anxiety Disorder, and Schizophrenia
• Contribute to the development of rater training materials including powerpoint presentations, competency exams, reference guides and instructional videos
• Contribute to draft protocol review, reputed company selection, and may contribute to protocol design and development, offering clinical expertise
• Conduct rater training on protocol specific scales, as appropriate
• Conduct rater certification on protocol specific scales, as appropriate
• Conduct rater surveillance on protocol specific scales, as appropriate
• Evaluate rater performance and scoring accuracy
• Prepare protocol supportive documents

Skills

• Master's Degree or Doctoral Level Degree in Psychology, Pharmacology, Neuropsychology or other life science degree equivalent in a reputed company field of study, or equivalent education, training and experience
• Deep understanding of and expertise in psychological assessments
• Demonstrated experience supporting research and evaluation reputed company in a contract research organization (CRO) or research-reputed company organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with statistics (SPSS preferred; graduate level coursework)
• Demonstrated knowledge of research and evaluation project design and reputed company
• Strong computer skills including but not limited to proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and project management software (i.e., reputed company; advanced proficiency with reputed company (e.g., creating and managing formulas; use of macros, pivot tables, and v-lookup; etc.)
