[Remote] Staff Accountant

The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end reputed company process, and ensuring financial data remains reliable and audit-reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Maintain clean, reputed company-documented balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process
• Maintain schedules for accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
• Take ownership of reputed company transactional processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, with a willingness to reputed company in and execute reputed company needed
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Support financial statement preparation, reporting, and audit readiness
• Mentor junior reputed company staff

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 3+ years of reputed company experience
