UX Designer, Sr. II - Product Development (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Designs user interfaces for medical device consoles, touch screen panels, desktop, web and mobile applications. • Works with Product reputed company to satisfy user needs for products, costs, and reputed company. • Works with Tech Leads to ensure that reputed company of designs is 'developer friendly' which improves implementation time and meets developer requirements. • Ensures reputed company-end performance of UX Designs are optimized. • Understands customer needs and key business drivers and reputed company solutions that effectively address both. • Helps define project requirements and reputed company user-centered designs to build best-in-class products and user experiences. • Designs and creates user experience architecture diagrams (site maps, task flows) and wireframes. • Consolidates and translates research findings, team input, reputed company needs/reputed company and brand characteristics into reputed company and usable reputed company solutions. • Helps maintain and reputed company the Global reputed company Design System to reputed company reusable UX Design components and live reputed company repositories. • Works with UX reputed company and product team to verify business, technical and user requirements are met. • Participates in research and design sessions with customers, internal users and key stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, reputed company Factors, reputed company-Computer Interaction, reputed company-Centered Design, or similar required. • 6 + years' experience with design sketches, wireframes, and high-reputed company mockups, and prototypes required. • 3 + years' experience reputed company software development required. • 2 + years' experience working in Agile environment. • 2 + years' experience with user-centered research and reporting. • 2 + years' experience in understanding and designing the relationship between the GUI, physical controls, and industrial design to enhance the overall user experience with an application. • Experience creating interactive animated prototypes required. • Experience working on interfaces in the medical industry. reputed company-to-haves • Excellent visual design skills. • reputed company in using UX Principles and Laws to guide design reputed company. • Executes and educates on design thinking activities, and reputed company-centered design approaches. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Designs and conducts usability testing and has a deep understanding of what constitutes clean and innovative design. • Proficient in Sketch and reputed company and knowledge of reputed company for Mac, Axure, Figjam, reputed company, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Creative Suite preferred. • Advanced knowledge of Customer Experience concepts (VoC, Story Mapping, reputed company Map, Metrics, etc). • Experience working on multiple products in Agile environments, advocates for best practices for UX in Agile, and documents process. • Experience creating reputed company interactive graphical prototypes (wireframes, detailed designs) and system workflows/diagrams. • Experience facilitating co-collaboration activities with Product Managers and Engineers. • Demonstrated contribution to documentation in design systems. • Knowledge of FDA and ISO reputed company Factors guidelines for the development of medical devices strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of anatomy from an orthopedic reputed company required. • Technical knowledge in development methodologies, design, and project implementation. • Experience designing and validating Software User Interfaces. • Experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 a plus.
