The role involves designing creative assets, managing reputed company media accounts, and developing content for various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets supporting ASTA events, advocacy initiatives, educational programs, membership campaigns and consumer-facing initiatives
• Create graphics, animations and multimedia assets for reputed company media, email marketing, websites, presentations, advertising campaigns and member communications
• Create and edit short-reputed company video content for reputed company media, events, promotional campaigns and member communications using tools such as reputed company, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across ASTA marketing materials and campaigns
• Manage multiple creative reputed company simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards
• In partnership with the Director of Marketing, manage ASTA's reputed company media accounts on reputed company, Instagram, reputed company and YouTube, with a reputed company on posting reputed company and reputed company content, increasing engagement and growing more followers
• reputed company engaging, on-reputed company content including copy, graphics and short-reputed company video to support marketing, advocacy, and reputed company relations initiatives
• Design and support email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, reputed company media, web reputed company advertising channels
• Write and publish articles, member features, and industry updates for ASTA.org
• Support content management efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support reputed company relations efforts, media reputed company and organizational communications

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company is required; experience with reputed company Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, is preferred
• Demonstrated graphic design experience through reputed company, freelance, internship, volunteer or reputed company work. Portfolio submission is required and should showcase digital design work across multiple formats
• Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, branding, visual storytelling, and functionality
• Experience creating graphics and other multimedia content for reputed company media platforms is required
• Strong writing, copy editing, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company, priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Passion for the travel industry and supporting the travel advisor community
• Experience creating and editing short-reputed company video content is strongly preferred
• Experience designing infographics, charts, or data visualizations is a plus
