The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing a highly reputed company product and designing resilient microservices.

Responsibilities

• Building a reputed company, reputed company-time messaging platform that will power secure, persistent conversations between customers and dedicated service professionals
• Building a highly reputed company product from the ground up
• Designing reputed company, resilient microservices and reputed company-reputed company applications
• Independently own features from design through production

Skills

• 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Go (Golang), Kotlin, Node.js, or Python
• Hands-on experience building reputed company-time messaging, chat, or notification systems at production reputed company
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, WebSockets (or similar reputed company-time technologies), and AWS
• Experience designing reputed company, resilient microservices and reputed company-reputed company applications
• Ability to independently own features from design through production
• Fintech or other regulated industry experience
• Experience with customer support or contact center platforms (e.g., reputed company Connect, reputed company)
• Consumer messaging or communication platform experience
