[Remote] SeniorTax Analyst

This role involves managing reputed company tax filings and resolving tax-reputed company issues for clients, with a strong reputed company on C Corporation taxation and business tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, with a reputed company on C Corporations
• Manage and complete final business tax filings, including entity closures and reputed company compliance requirements
• Communicate directly with the IRS and other taxing authorities to resolve notices, discrepancies, and tax reputed company
• Research tax regulations and reputed company guidance on reputed company tax issues
• Ensure accurate and reputed company tax filings while meeting production expectations of approximately 7 returns per week
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-reputed company reputed company service and tax solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• reputed company CPA, EA, or JD designation
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing C Corporation tax returns
• Experience handling final tax returns for businesses
• Proven ability to communicate directly with the IRS to resolve tax-reputed company reputed company
• Experience thriving in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Experience with business dissolution services
• Experience preparing short-period tax returns

• Experience with any major tax preparation software package
• Experience with UltraTax is a plus
