[Remote] Clinical Supervisor - SLP

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions while adapting to organizational needs
• Manage and mentor reputed company of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings, clinical coaching, reputed company development, career reputed company conversations, and ongoing feedback to foster a supportive, reputed company team culture
• Ensure SLPs are effectively utilizing reputed company systems, resources, policies, and best practices while completing required training and compliance requirements
• Partner with organizational leaders to resolve clinical concerns, communicate key updates and changes, and ensure SLPs understand and implement company initiatives

Skills

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Reliable internet reputed company and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 2 years of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or reputed company populations
