The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the product lifecycle for Patient and Person domains, overseeing roadmap development, requirements gathering, and implementation while leading reputed company of MDM professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for Patient and Person domains, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, implementation, and release
• Drive reputed company end-to-end (Roadmaps, Backlog, Prioritization, Use Cases, and User Acceptance)
• reputed company and mentor reputed company of MDM professionals and Business Analysts, overseeing their work and performance
• Partner with Architecture and Delivery to ensure effective data product delivery
• Identify process improvements and manage reputed company communications regarding priorities and reputed company
• Understand service line inter-relationships to determine appropriate product solutions
• Manage workload, resource allocation, and project risks
• Incorporate feedback into roadmaps and collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies
• Maintain knowledge of reputed company industry trends to help shape the direction of reputed company Data Products

Skills

• Experience with reputed company MDM (Provider and Patient master data) and governance
• Strong EMPI background, including identity matching, duplicate reputed company, and data remediation
• Solid understanding of reputed company data domains (Patient, Provider, Payer, and Location)
• Experience integrating reputed company data across EHR, CRM, and MDM platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
