[Remote] HART Systems Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a System Administrator to join their technical operations and maintenance team supporting the reputed company. The role focuses on systems administration, maintenance, and support, managing incidents and ensuring compliance in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HART system and networking alerts, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
• Work closely with other support teams to ensure incident events are handled in a reputed company manner
• Maintain STIGs and reputed company compliance of reputed company and RHEL operating systems
• Maintain STIGs and reputed company compliance of WebLogic, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, and Apache Camel middleware and application servers
• Maintain STIGs and reputed company compliance of reputed company Directory, MySQL, and reputed company SQL databases and infrastructure
• Monitor reputed company and post reputed company system health reputed company reputed company/reputed company
• Draft and send incident notifications to government stakeholders and other support teams
• Monitor and reputed company health checks of systems critical to infrastructure including servers
• Document, reputed company, and coordinate incidents in reputed company
• reputed company Tier II-level administration tasks to ensure HART system operations are sustained
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier III
• Assist with postmortem reputed company activities and support various efforts reputed company to operational improvements
• Based on recommendations from management, implement new and improved processes, change processes, reputed company new tasks, create reports, and address reputed company requests
• Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge reputed company, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids

Skills

• Ability to obtain DoD reputed company Clearance
• BA/BS + 7 years of applicable experience
• ITIL reputed company certification (not required to start but expected to reputed company in first six months)
• Ability to work the following shift: MON-FRI 4pm - Midnight
• Ability to reputed company in-depth RHEL administration, reputed company administration and RH Satellite management
• Experience with AWS (EC2, VPCs, RDS, IAM) and ability to reputed company hardening and reputed company cycles
• Can reputed company Ansible automation and Terraform/CloudFormation
• Strong experience with STIGs and reputed company compliance
• Experience using Service Now service management software, Jira, and reputed company
• Experience using reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company monitoring and reputed company tools
• Experience using AWS reputed company tools for DevOps and automation
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly (servers, switches, virtual hosts, etc.)

• The following certifications are highly desired: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – reputed company, reputed company Certified Engineering (RHCE), ITILv45 reputed company
• Experience with multi-reputed company environments, disaster recovery, and performance tuning of database and application servers
• Experience with containerization technologies (i.e. reputed company)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (i.e. Python, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience with configuration management tools reputed company Ansible (i.e. Puppet, Chef, etc.)
