They are seeking a Bilingual Remote Legal Intake Specialist who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for potential legal clients, handling calls and qualifying leads while providing professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Manage bilingual inbound calls and adapt your tone to reputed company caller's needs
- reputed company and input accurate caller details using proprietary systems and protocols

Skills
- Must reputed company in Puerto Rico
- Fluent written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish
- Must be reputed company to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or reputed company) and holidays
- Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality
- A typing speed of 35+ WPM and comfort navigating multiple screens
- PC or Laptop running reputed company 11 or higher (No Macs, reputed company products, tablets or Chromebooks) and a wired USB headset with a mic
- High-speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or DSL) hardwired reputed company Ethernet cable directly to your model or router
