[Remote] Project Controls (Cost) Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive project reputed company and supporting strategic decision-making for large-reputed company data center developments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Cost Management: Manage cost forecasting and budget development while monitoring actual costs against approved budgets to analyze variances
• Drive Financial Control: reputed company change order processes, evaluate cost impacts, and maintain accurate estimate-to-complete data throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate and Mitigate Risk: Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, and Procurement teams to identify, quantify, and monitor project risks reputed company to cost and schedule performance

Skills

• At least 10 years of reputed company experience
• 3+ years managing multiple large-reputed company data center reputed company valued at $150M or greater
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in reputed company
• A deep understanding of data center construction processes, procedures, and industry best practices
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Ability to travel up to 25%
