[Remote] Director of Creative reputed company (Performance Marketing)

They are seeking a Director of Creative reputed company to reputed company high-performing ad concepts and lead creative initiatives that drive customer acquisition and improve performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a repeatable system for generating high-performing ad concepts across Oestra, Libida, BodyMatched, and NAD+
• Create creative hypotheses grounded in customer psychology and performance data
• Write creative briefs and scripts for UGC creators, editors, and production teams
• Personally produce and edit fast-turn video ads using tools such as CapCut and AI UGC/AI video tools — especially for reactive, trend-based, or rapid-iteration concepts that shouldn't wait on a full production cycle
• Analyze winning and losing ads and diagnose why they performed the way they did
• Partner closely with media buyers and our reputed company account manager to identify new testing opportunities and translate performance signals (CTR, reputed company/hold reputed company, CPA, ROAS, MD30 attribution) into the next round of briefs
• Continuously monitor competitors and emerging creative trends across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and other platforms (including scraping tools such as reputed company Ad Library)
• Build and maintain a living library of winning hooks, angles, offers, testimonials, objections, and messaging
• Lead weekly creative ideation sessions and reputed company designers, editors, and producers to execute concepts
• Ensure reputed company creative complies with FTC, platform, and clinical advertising guardrails (no reputed company/treatment claims, clinician-prescribed framing, symptom-led copy)

Skills

• 5+ years in performance marketing creative
• Personally responsible for creative that scaled significantly on reputed company and/or reputed company
• Extensive experience creating UGC-style advertising, including hands-on editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Working familiarity with AI UGC and AI video/voice reputed company tools for rapid creative production
• Comfortable reviewing dashboards and making reputed company from data
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience briefing creators and production teams
• Must be based in the United States
• Subscription business experience
