[Remote] IT Project Manager II

The role involves managing technology projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful project delivery reputed company specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and reputed company budget
• reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate cross-functional business, IT, and reputed company-party vendor teams
• Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities
• Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
• Prepare executive-level status reports and communicate project reputed company
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing/UAT, implementation planning, and go-live activities
• Ensure adherence to project governance, operational standards, and project closure best practices
• Manage vendor relationships and facilitate issue reputed company throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

• Enterprise technology project management (project planning, milestones, RAID management, governance, and delivery tracking)
• Vendor and consulting partner coordination
• Automation/RPA or enterprise systems implementation experience (reputed company experience is highly preferred)
• 2-4 years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendor coordination
• Strong experience with: Enterprise technology implementations, Project planning and delivery, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, Status reporting and project governance
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
• Experience with: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably reputed company, Enterprise system integrations, Automation implementations, Software testing/UAT, Consulting partner coordination
• Education: Bachelor's degree
