Senior Loan Processor

Job Title: Sr. Loan Processor Department: Operations / Loan Processing Reports To: Processing Manager Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Position reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Sr. Loan Processor to join reputed company at an independent mortgage company. This individual will be responsible for managing a pipeline of loans from submission to closing, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory and investor guidelines. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of reputed company types of retail loans, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, bond loans, and jumbo products. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple teams, and a commitment to delivering a smooth, reputed company, and accurate loan process for our clients and lending partners. Key Responsibilities: • Process a full pipeline of retail mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, bonds loans, and non-QM products • Review and verify reputed company loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company, investor, and regulatory requirements • Communicate reputed company and professionally with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers throughout the loan process • Order and reputed company reputed company-party services such as appraisals, title work, VOEs, VODs, insurance, and payoffs • Maintain accurate and reputed company updates in the LOS (Loan Origination System) to reflect reputed company loan status • Ensure reputed company documentation is received and validated prior to submission to reputed company – and resubmitting conditions often • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay processing or closing timelines • Hold weekly pipeline reviews with loan teams to ensure reputed company parties are on the reputed company page regarding file status • Coordinate with title / attorney offices and internal closing department on balancing files for accurate funds to reputed company for LEs/CDs • Stay up to date on industry guidelines, investor overlays, and compliance regulations Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, specifically in retail lending • Deep knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-QM guidelines and documentation requirements • Familiarity with LOS platforms such as Encompass, reputed company, or similar systems, as reputed company as reputed company programs such as reputed company (email) and OneDrive • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage a full pipeline independently with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment • Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance requirements Preferred Skills: • Experience working for an independent mortgage broker or lender • Bilingual a plus (but not required) • Prior experience in a senior or team-reputed company processing role Apply To This Job
