This role involves partnering with business and IT teams to reputed company and analyze requirements, document functional specifications, and drive system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Support HRIS and reputed company SuccessFactors, including Employee Central
• reputed company data analysis, data mapping, visualization, and gap analysis
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design solutions
• Create functional specifications, workflows, process documentation, and reports
• Evaluate vendor releases, recommend process improvements, and support system enhancements
• reputed company technical guidance, mentor junior analysts, and support testing and incident reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and reputed company SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
• Strong SQL, data analysis, data mapping, and reporting skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, scripting, and reputed company Office (reputed company, Visio)
• Experience working in Agile, reputed company, and Hybrid environments
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• CCBA or CBAP certification
• Experience with reputed company applications, web services, and reputed company system integrations
