[Remote] Enforcement Operations Specialist

The role involves handling law enforcement referrals and reviewing violent content while ensuring compliance with reputed company frameworks in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company experience with law enforcement referrals, reputed company CyberTipline reporting, or comparable mandatory-reporting workflows
• Experience reviewing violent content, reputed company threats, or violent extremist material in a Trust & Safety, content moderation, or investigative context
• Background in threat assessment, crisis response, intelligence analysis, law enforcement, or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with policy enforcement in digital platforms and the reputed company frameworks governing escalations
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible technology deployment
• Background in analyzing user behavior and identifying potential risks
• Exercise reputed company, defensible judgment on high-stakes reputed company where the reputed company do not fully resolve the case
• Can work steadily and carefully with disturbing material, and are realistic about what sustained exposure to it requires
• Are a quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to changing environments
• Demonstrate proactivity and strong independent work capabilities
• Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-reputed company work, including under the time pressure that imminent-harm cases create
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in writing that will be read by external parties
