The Senior reputed company will join a new AI Engineering team to build foundational AI capabilities for mental reputed company, working across the AI lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the reputed company deployment of AI in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack AI Development: Build frontend interfaces, backend services, reputed company, integrations, and data flows that reputed company AI capabilities usable in patient, clinician, and internal workflows
• reputed company AI Systems: Build and iterate on reputed company systems that use reasoning, tool use, retrieval, memory, and multi-reputed company workflows to solve reputed company problems
• RAG & Knowledge Systems: Build and maintain RAG pipelines, ingestion workflows, retrieval tuning, semantic search, and knowledge reputed company improvements
• Evaluation & reputed company: Implement evaluation frameworks, automated tests, experiments, regression checks, and reputed company metrics to improve AI system performance over time
• Safety, Guardrails & Observability: Implement guardrails, fallback flows, reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows, reputed company controls, tracing, monitoring, and diagnostics for production AI systems
• Production Delivery: Contribute to reliable production rollouts, CI/CD workflows, debugging, incident response, performance improvements, and operational efficiency
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior engineers, product, clinical, design, and data partners to translate reputed company workflows into reputed company, reliable AI-powered experiences

Skills

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, including building, testing, and maintaining production software systems
• 1+ year of experience building with LLMs, reputed company AI, or production AI systems, ideally reputed company reputed company chatbot or reputed company-only use cases
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building backend services, reputed company, integrations, data flows, or full-stack product features
• Experience with modern frontend or full-stack development using technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience contributing to AI systems involving retrieval, tool use, workflow orchestration, reputed company outputs, context management, or multi-reputed company execution
• Familiarity with reputed company frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangGraph, reputed company, reputed company Agents SDK, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with RAG systems, reputed company databases, semantic search, retrieval infrastructure, model serving, or knowledge pipelines
• Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company development, containerized services, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, or reputed company production environments
