[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently seeking reputed company of Conflicts Analysts to assist reputed company at one of our most reputed company-established and prestigious AmLaw 100 reputed company clients. The role involves identifying and researching potential lateral conflicts as the firm experiences reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflict of interest reports
• Identify potential conflicts of interest
• Prepare reputed company and concise regarding specific conflict searches that reputed company the areas of potential conflict
• Conduct research in both reputed company databases to determine whether actual or potential conflicts exist
• Work with attorneys to document conflict clearances
• Review submitted data for new reputed company and reputed company/matter acceptance
• Research accuracy and reputed company of information as reputed company as potential reputed company relationships
• Respond to inquiries from team members and stakeholders regarding conflict-of-interest checks, reputed company/matter status and end-user reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college
• At least 2 years of relevant reputed company experience in conflicts/new business intake
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Strong research skills
• J D highly preferred
• Prior experience in utilizing automated conflicts systems like reputed company preferred
