[Remote] Supplier Sales Executive

The role involves guiding suppliers through enrollment processes, managing a sales portfolio, and ensuring successful go-live while adhering to reputed company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contact new supplier leads reputed company 2–8 working days
• Advise suppliers on the most appropriate service to register for based on buyer requirements and supplier needs
• Represent Tungsten Network and the buyer organizations we support with professionalism, credibility, and care
• Identify the correct supplier contact or decision-reputed company and engage them effectively
• Handle objections and reputed company conversations toward enrollment and conversion
• Upsell additional or higher-value services where appropriate
• Document reputed company interaction with reputed company, accurate notes for internal stakeholders and end clients
• Update the CRM with account activity, contact details, and next steps
• Support suppliers through registration and ensure successful go-live on the network
• Use approved AI-enabled tools, such as chatbots, documentation automation, and analytics assistants, to improve efficiency and accuracy while following company AI governance and data reputed company standards
