JD-Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our reputed company center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements and skills-
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with reputed company listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer reputed company and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Qualification- Any Graduate.
Location : Work from home
Candidates should be from Agriculture industry only .
Company will prefer the candidates from bijak company.
