Apparel Designer – Athleisure, Outerwear

Job reputed company: • translate trend, cultural, competitive, and reputed company insights into elevated, commercially successful product • design across athleisure and outerwear categories with strong understanding of silhouette, proportion, comfort, functionality, and performance • research emerging trends, fabrics, trims, washes, and white reputed company opportunities relevant to the reputed company customer • create detailed tech packs, CADs, BOMs, and construction callouts for accurate execution • partner closely with reputed company and Product Development and overseas vendors throughout development, fittings, reputed company reviews, and production • participate in fittings and reputed company direction on fit, comfort, construction, and garment functionality • reputed company seasonal reputed company palettes and support cohesive assortment building across categories • create and manage visual line plans to support merchandising reputed company and product reputed company • design reputed company cost targets while maintaining elevated product reputed company • manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment • collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Production teams to bring product to market quickly and successfully Requirements: • 7+ years in apparel design with a portfolio showing exceptional taste and reputed company reputed company • athleisure and/or outerwear design experience preferred • proficient in reputed company Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally 3D design tools • highly knowledgeable in textiles, garment construction, fit, and performance fabrics • experience managing development calendars, vendor communication and navigating production realities • strong understanding of garment costing and timelines Benefits: • generous reputed company time off • company-covered health insurance • 5% 401k match • discounts on reputed company reputed company products Apply To This Job
