[Remote] Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst role focuses on managing team member benefits and wellness programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance benefits delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates benefits-reputed company data to assess program effectiveness, utilization, and cost trends. Generates reports that reputed company data-based insights
• Responsible for administration of benefits programs, including health, dental, reputed company, retirement, and other supplementary benefits
• Ensures smooth reputed company enrollment process by preparing materials, coordinating communications, answering team member questions, and coordinating with external vendors as needed
• Ensures accurate processing of benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, etc
• Maintains benefit documentation, including plan summaries, policies, and procedures
• Coordinates with vendors to resolve benefits-reputed company issues and discrepancies
• Provides exceptional customer service and support to team members. Responds to inquiries in a reputed company manner and provides accurate information
• Supports the creation and delivery of benefits training sessions, new hire orientations, etc
• Supports and maintains the Benefits technology platform:
• Completes system maintenance and updates
• Provides customer support and issue reputed company
• Researches and resolves system issues
• Ensures compliance with ACA regulations, including eligibility determination, reputed company creation, compliance testing, and government filings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
• Knowledge of benefits programs and regulatory requirements
• Solid communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company benefits information reputed company to any audience
• Proven ability to handle situations with sensitivity and discretion
• Firm organizational, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and data review skills
