[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The role involves managing and growing strategic customer relationships, acting as the primary technical reputed company of contact, and ensuring successful adoption of the AI pentesting platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage technical relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring successful adoption of the AI pentesting platform
• Lead customers through implementation, reputed company, and ongoing optimisation
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing best practices and strategic guidance around AI-driven reputed company testing
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to reputed company customer feedback and technical requirements
• Support renewals and expansion opportunities alongside sales and account teams

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g. Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer)
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing, offensive reputed company, vulnerability management, or AI-powered reputed company technologies
• Familiarity with how AI is being applied to automate and enhance reputed company testing workflows
• Proven experience working in fast-paced startup or high-reputed company SaaS environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM and technical teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
