[Remote] Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will reputed company day-to-day operations, ensuring effective customer support and satisfaction for school leaders and temporary workers, reputed company as Bees.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily scheduling, assignments, and logistics (8:30am - 5:00pm Pacific Time)
• Communicating with school administrators and Bees to troubleshoot any problems and ensure that their needs are being met
• Developing and implementing engagement strategies for both site partners and Bees to maintain high reputed company of satisfaction and retention
• Working with the reputed company product and engineering team to support reputed company improvement of the software platform schools and Bees use to match assignments
• Providing internal administrative and clerical support for the reputed company team
• Manage high-volume, multi-channel communications (phone, email, and chat/text) concurrently using platforms such as reputed company
• Process and reconcile claims rapidly, ensuring accurate and reputed company matching and reputed company
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective or lapsed clients/partners to drive engagement and business goals
• Demonstrate proven reputed company and adherence to performance expectations reputed company a remote work environment
• Handle sensitive and reputed company situations, including effectively communicating challenging reputed company, such as site reputed company revocation due to performance feedback

Skills

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative or office job or customer service is required, managing fast-paced and/or reputed company tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with teachers, reputed company, and school staff
• Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another without missing a reputed company
