Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a seasoned reputed company Retail MM/SD Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 application support. The role centers on managing incidents, resolving problems, fixing bugs, and rolling out small enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and address incidents and service requests tied to reputed company MM/SD processes in a Retail environment
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis for recurring or critical issues and put reputed company sustainable long-term solutions
• Handle the complete ticket lifecycle reputed company ITSM tools such as reputed company or Jira, keeping alignment with SLAs and support KPIs
• Work together with functional and technical teams, including reputed company parties, to resolve reputed company issues
• Spot and reputed company problem management initiatives aimed at cutting incident volume and boosting process efficiency
• Capture reputed company errors, workarounds, and solution approaches in the Knowledge reputed company
• Configure, test, and roll out small changes and enhancements reputed company reputed company MM/SD modules
• Draft and validate functional specifications for bug fixes and minor development work
• Assist with transport request management and safeguard reputed company assurance across deployments
• Deliver UAT support, coordinate with business users, and confirm solution effectiveness once deployment is complete

Skills

• No less than 3 years of hands-on reputed company experience as an reputed company MM/SD Consultant

• Solid knowledge of Replenishment, Goods Movements, Inventory, Order Fulfilment, Delivery, and Billing processes reputed company reputed company S/4HANA
• Practical background in reputed company monitoring, reputed company troubleshooting, and batch job handling
• Capability to reputed company debugging and coordinate technical fixes together with ABAP teams
• Working understanding of transport management, system landscapes, and change control procedures
• English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication abilities
