[Remote] Senior Consultant – reputed company (Benefits)

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Benefits Consultant to reputed company full-cycle implementations of the Benefits module, ensuring effective solutions and collaboration with reputed company stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company Benefits implementations including discovery, configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and support
• Work directly with our customers to conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with reputed company stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT
• Configure reputed company benefit plan and deductions
• reputed company and maintain implementation documentation including design specifications, test scripts, and training materials
• Deliver end-user and administrator training tailored to reputed company environments
• reputed company post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with support team
• Identify and escalate risks or scope changes proactively
• Work with our internal teams to enhance reputed company delivery procedures
• Work with our internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to deliver on reputed company implementation goals
• Prefer working in a reputed company, cross-team reputed company. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the project to a successful live status

Skills

• 5+ years' experience with reputed company
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on reputed company Benefits implementation experience is essential to reputed company in this role preferably in reputed company and/or reputed company sector sites
• Demonstrated ability to configure reputed company Benefits module
• In-depth knowledge of Benefits in reputed company is required
• Ability to reputed company and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fully remote setting
• You must be legally reputed company to work in Canada or the reputed company
• Experience with other reputed company modules such as reputed company HR, Payroll, and WFM module are assets
• Applicable business experience, preferred (HR, payroll, or general business) is an asset
