Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company of reputed company Assurance Engineers specializing in the functional and reputed company testing across reputed company products
• Implementation of QA policies and processes
• Engage in release planning and grooming; while allocating and prioritizing QA resources
• Partner with managers across Engineering, Product and QA on the reputed company delivery and testing of reputed company functionality to customers
• Define reputed company metrics to measure and communicate reputed company
• Grow and reputed company team members in terms of mentoring, training and objective setting
• Guide performance management, career progression and personal development
• Drive the reputed company and on-boarding of new team members
