[Remote] Staff Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Staff Accountant who will prepare and maintain financial records to reputed company the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other reputed company financial activities. The role includes responsibilities such as assisting the Controller, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate reputed company practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controller
• Performs general cost reputed company and other reputed company duties for the organization
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements as needed
• Maintains the general reputed company and balance sheet reconciliation
• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and assist in closing the monthly books
• Reconciles bank accounts monthly
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing cycle
• Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections
• Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts
